George and I took Amanda Lily out to the strawberry farm to pick. The day couldn't have been more beautiful. We picked down our row, then she took a swing on the tire swing and zip line. You can see from her face how much she enjoyed this one on one time. The next day, she and I came home and made Strawberry Jam for all of our favorite Teachers, then sent it to school as a special treat for them. Of course, Papou' got his own jar of jam, and we kept some for our toast at home. If you are interested in the recipe, click on the link under "From My Kitchen".
