The Jade

Have you ever had a "Jade" martini? It's my favorite martini. My friend, Heather, found a recipe online that is super simple, and delish! I wanted to post the recipe so that I can come back and use it in the future. This makes two. One for you, and one for a friend. :)

2 oz coconut rum
1 oz midori
4 oz pineapple juice
maraschino cherries
sugar in the raw

Prepare martini glasses by rimming with rum, then sugar in the raw. Mix all liquid together in a shaker with ice. Pour into martini glasses, and garnish with one cherry. CHEERS!

Looks like it would be a pretty Christmas party cocktail.
